Credits are your universal currency across all channels. 1 credit = 1 phone minute OR 5 messages (chat or personal assistant) OR 2 emails. You decide each month how to use them: 500 credits can be 500 phone minutes, 2,500 messages, 1,000 emails, or any combination. No reallocation, no channel silos.

Your agents keep running. Additional credits cost €0.15–0.25 per credit depending on your plan. You will be notified at 80% usage by email and again at 100%. You can upgrade at any time.

An AI agent is a running assistant you've set up, for example your phone reception agent, your chat support agent, your email triage agent, or the personal assistant for your team. All channels are available on every plan. Starter allows 1 agent, Pro up to 5 (any mix of channels), Business unlimited. A single agent can serve multiple channels at once if configured that way.

Yes, from the Starter plan upward. The rinqo branding can be hidden in the chat widget, in email replies, and in the phone greeting – the plan status is enforced server-side, your setting applies instantly. Only the prepaid mode (no subscription, €0.25/credit) keeps the badge visible.

Unlimited – on every plan. We don't cap the number of documents; quality is governed by embedding limits per query. You can upload a full manual, all FAQs, and all product sheets without hitting a tier cap.

You set the retention period per organisation – from 30 days up to your plan's maximum: Starter up to 90, Pro up to 180, Business up to 365 days. Longer periods are available on Enterprise where regulation requires it. After expiry, conversations are deleted automatically.

Monthly or yearly, you decide. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any month-end. Yearly plans run for 12 months (you save 2 months in return), then cancellable monthly. No hidden minimum terms.

A new phone number through Rinqo costs €5 net per month plus a one-time €9 setup fee – transparent, no volume markup. On the Business plan you can alternatively keep your existing numbers. Chat, email and assistant agents don't need a number.

Yes. In prepaid mode you top up credit (from €20, fixed price of €0.25 per credit) and test with one agent and one user account – no term, no subscription. Once you have regular volume, switching to a plan pays off: credits cost up to 47% less there.
