DACH SMB reachability. What 8 public sources together say.

We wanted to know: how reachable are DACH SMBs really, and what do customers expect? Instead of fabricating our own survey, we aggregated 8 public studies, Bitkom, Destatis, KBV, BPtK, ZDH and more. Data basis: the latest available annual reports from these associations and authorities, dated 2024 and 2025. Here's what we learned.
