About us
One founder. One platform. Two decisions.
Rinqo isn't an idea from a Silicon Valley pitch deck. Rinqo is the software we built because our customers needed it, and because it didn't exist in Europe the way it should.

Why Rinqo exists.
There's this mid-sized business sector in Germany: medical practices, tradespeople, law firms, hotels, car dealerships. Companies that do great work, and don't have time to fight with software for hours. Rinqo is built for them. Two years ago, the same question kept coming back from exactly these businesses: "Can't this ChatGPT thing just answer the phone for us?" Soon, others followed: "...reply to emails?", "...handle chat inquiries?", "...call back applicants?"
We took those questions seriously and went looking. The market had two kinds of solutions. Either from the US, with every GDPR issue you can imagine. Or from Europe, and feeling like 2020 tech: complicated, expensive, and built without the people actually using them in mind.
So we started building. Not the next phone bot, but a platform where every business assembles its own AI agents. Reception, support, outreach, more roles to come. Over phone, chat or email, wherever your customers are. For real people with real problems: tradespeople who can't answer a call during a job. Practices whose voicemail nobody listens to. Online retailers whose support inbox overflows on weekends. Utilities whose service hours end at 5 pm, while customers have billing questions at 10 pm.
Rinqo is the answer. Built in Germany, hosted in Germany, using European AI models, with a UI that makes sense and a price a one-person trades business can afford.
The person behind it.

Sven Pflüger
Founder & CEO, Rinqo
Rinqo is currently a sole proprietorship, I'm the one building, doing customer calls, writing features, fixing bugs. That won't last forever. But as long as it does, it's honest: one founder who can personally deliver on every promise.
Sven builds Rinqo from a simple observation: most AI tools are designed in San Francisco and sold in Berlin. The workshop in the Black Forest, the veterinary practice in Salzburg, the family hotel in Tyrol get software that doesn't speak their language. Rinqo flips that. On European servers, set up in ten minutes, in twenty languages. With templates built by the industries themselves.
LinkedIn profileWhat we stand by.
GDPR isn't a feature
It's the foundation. Servers in Germany, EU-based AI models, no US CDNs, no US tracking pixels. Not because anyone forces us, because our customers deserve it.
Simple over bloated
If your grandmother can't understand the interface, the interface is wrong. We write every button so it's clear what happens when you press it. No jargon, no hidden menus.
European sovereignty
Rinqo runs on European infrastructure with European AI models. You aren't dependent on US tech giants or their pricing policy. No third-country transfers, no legal grey zones.
Uncompromising quality
We build to the standard of businesses that rely on us. Every line of code is tested, every feature launches when it's ready, not earlier. No beta excuses, no "works on my machine".
Where Rinqo lives.
Rinqo runs entirely on Hetzner Cloud in Germany (Falkenstein, Nuremberg). Every database, every AI pipeline, every agent flow across phone, chat and email, on European soil under European law. We deliberately avoid US clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure) and US CDNs, because your data and your customers' data have no business being inside CLOUD Act jurisdiction.
