EU AI Act Art. 50

AI Transparency Open. Honest. Documented.

Rinqo builds AI agents. This page explains where and how we use AI ourselves, in our product, in our marketing, in our work. Transparency is not a duty for us, it is a principle.

Our principles

Nothing without disclosure

Every piece of content created with AI carries a visible label, even if we only used AI for phrasing or research assistance.

No fake people, no fake proof

We never generate AI portraits of fictional customers. We never invent quotes. Every statistic on our pages has a real source.

Humans stay accountable

Every page is reviewed by a human before publication. AI suggests, humans decide.

You are always informed

When you talk to one of our AI agents, by phone, chat, or email, you are told at the start. You can ask to be connected to a human at any time.

Content status on this website

Human

Researched and written by a human, without AI help. Applies to: imprint, privacy policy, about-us story.

AI-assisted

Researched and structured by a human, with AI help for phrasing. Applies to: marketing pages, industry pages, solutions, comparisons, blog.

AI preview

Live examples of what our agents can do (demo dialogues, example answers). Always clearly marked as a preview.

AI-generated

Content entirely produced by AI. Currently not present on this website, would be clearly labeled if used.

EU AI Act Article 50

Since August 2026, Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires providers to clearly mark AI-generated content as such. Rinqo meets this requirement on three layers at once: a visible UI hint, machine-readable metadata in the HTML, and C2PA content credentials for generated media (planned).
