- Agentic AI & AI automation
Agentic AI for European companies.
AI automation with platform depth. GDPR-compliant.
Classic AI tools just answer questions. You need a teammate that acts on its own, picks up calls, books appointments, closes requests. That's Agentic AI.
Agentic AI is 2026's B2B buzzword in DACH. Unlike classic chatbots, Agentic AI executes multi-step tasks autonomously, makes decisions during conversations, uses tools (calendar, CRM, knowledge base) on its own and only escalates to humans when needed. Gartner lists related concepts like Multiagent Systems in its 2026 Strategic Technology Trends; industry analysts expect significant Agentic-AI-component adoption in enterprise software in the coming years. The DACH context: compliance before speed, GDPR, AI Act Art. 50 from 02.08.2026, BfDI compliance are mandatory.
Rinqo is the Agentic AI platform for DACH SMBs. Three properties: task depth (agents handle whole roles, not just answers), full-EU-sovereign (Hetzner Falkenstein/Nuremberg, Microsoft Azure OpenAI (Microsoft Ireland, Sweden Central), no US Cloud Act risk), from €99 net per month instead of 5-figure enterprise licenses.

Vorher. Nachher.
Classic chatbots provide info, but for any action they need a human teammate, book appointments, forward calls, create tickets. Scaling bottleneck: the human team.
Rinqo Agentic AI runs multi-step tasks autonomously: take call → classify request → book appointment → send confirmation email → note your team. Human intervention only on real escalations.
What is Agentic AI? Key properties in 2026
Agentic AI describes AI systems that autonomously execute multi-step tasks, not just generate answers. Four properties define Agentic AI per common industry definition: first, tool usage (calendar, CRM, database are called independently), second, multi-step reasoning (a request can be broken down into steps and processed sequentially), third, memory persistence (context is preserved across multiple interactions), fourth, escalation logic (the agent recognizes when a human should take over). Classic chatbots only partially fulfill the first property. True Agentic AI systems today use Large Language Models (Microsoft Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic) as reasoning engines, combined with declared tools (function calling) and a memory layer (vector DB like Qdrant). The DACH market is still young in 2026, many platforms host outside the EU, which is a clear compliance risk for the German mid-market.
Agentic AI vs. classic chatbots, the hard comparison
Classic chatbots from many DACH providers in the pre-2024 segment work script-based: detected intents are mapped to predefined responses. Advantage: predictable. Disadvantage: brittle on any unexpected phrasing, no tool access, no multi-step actions. Agentic AI is different: the LLM understands context, decides which tool to call (e.g. calendar API for appointment booking), executes it, interprets the result, responds accordingly. With a practice request 'pain since yesterday, appointment tomorrow morning?' classic chatbot: forwards or offers voicemail. Agentic AI: checks calendar, suggests three free slots, books the chosen one, sends confirmation, captures symptoms structured for the practice note. That's the difference between tool and team member.
Agentic AI in DACH, GDPR, AI Act and EU sovereignty
The biggest practical obstacle for Agentic AI in DACH mid-market isn't technology, it's compliance. Three requirements are mandatory: first, GDPR-compliant data processing (hosting on EU servers, DPA contract, no US Cloud Act exposure for personal data). Second, AI Act Art. 50 default disclosure from 02 August 2026, at every interaction with an AI, it must be clear at the start that this is a machine, fines up to €15M or 3% of global annual turnover. Third, auditability per BfDI 2024 resolution on AI voice assistants, logs must be GDPR-compliantly stored, access rights defined, deletion deadlines met. US providers without an EU stack often only meet these requirements on paper. Rinqo meets all three natively: Hetzner Germany (Falkenstein + Nuremberg), AI Act default disclosure from day 1, BfDI-compliant logging architecture.
5 Agentic AI use cases for DACH SMBs
We see five dominant use cases for Agentic AI in DACH SMBs: first, phone reception (answer, triage, appointment booking, typical for medical practices, law firms, craft businesses). Second, chat lead qualification (convert website visitors into qualified leads, automatic CRM entry, typical for SaaS providers, B2B services). Third, email triage (classify incoming inbox requests, autonomously send routine replies, forward complex cases, typical for support inboxes). Fourth, internal knowledge assistant (employees query company knowledge in chat, onboarding, processes, product details, without interrupting the team). Fifth, proactive customer follow-up (outbound calls for appointment reminders, review requests, existing customer care, speed-to-lead under 60 seconds).
- Phone reception: answer + triage + appointment (medical, law, craft)
- Chat lead qualification: website visitor → CRM lead (SaaS, B2B)
- Email triage: inbox classification + routine answers (support)
- Internal knowledge assistant: query company knowledge in chat (onboarding, processes)
- Proactive follow-up: outbound for appointment reminders + reviews + existing customers
Agentic AI providers in DACH 2026, market overview
The DACH market for Agentic AI platforms splits into five segments. First, Big Tech enterprise suites: capable and deeply integrated into their own office or CRM world, but with licensing in the 4-5-figure monthly range and US cloud default. Second, DACH enterprise platforms: built for large-scale projects, with enterprise sales processes and custom implementation instead of self-service. Third, AI voice and agent pure-plays with US focus: growing fast, but mostly without EU hosting and without DACH compliance depth. Fourth, open-source frameworks: maximally flexible, but with own hosting and DevOps required, no plug-and-play. Fifth, DACH SMB specialists like Rinqo. Rinqo positions itself as a full-EU-sovereign multi-agent platform with four agents (phone, chat, email, personal assistant) from one source, self-service setup in 10 minutes from €99 net per month, targeted at 1-50-person mid-market, not enterprise tariffing.
EU AI Act & GDPR 2026, what every business owner needs to know
EU AI Regulation 2024/1689 becomes enforceable in stages from 02 August 2026. What practically affects you as a DACH business owner: First, Art. 4 (AI literacy obligation) has been in force since 02 February 2025, anyone deploying AI workers must produce minimum documentation of deployment limits and escalation logic. Second, Art. 50 (transparency obligation) becomes enforceable from 02 August 2026: every person interacting with an AI must be clearly informed at first contact. Fines for violation: up to 15 million euros or 3 percent of global annual turnover, whichever is higher. Third, complementary GDPR Art. 22 (automated decision-making), for legally relevant decisions, human escalation must be possible. Practical requirements for DACH Agentic AI platforms: EU hosting (Hetzner, OVHcloud, IONOS or comparable), data processing agreement before contract closure, AI Act default disclosure from day 1 not deactivatable, BfDI-compliant logging architecture. Terms like 'sovereign cloud' and 'EU cloud' are not mere buzzwords, DACH SMB buyers have learned to assess US cloud stack as legal risk via Cloud Act and DPF volatility. Rinqo positions itself as EU Sovereign AI Workforce OS, Hetzner Falkenstein and Nuremberg, EU LLMs on Microsoft Azure OpenAI (Microsoft Ireland, Sweden Central), no US Cloud Act exposure, AI Act Art. 50 default disclosure from day 1.

Founder & CEO, Rinqo
Sven builds Rinqo from a simple observation: most AI tools are designed in San Francisco and sold in Berlin. The workshop in the Black Forest, the veterinary practice in Salzburg, the family hotel in Tyrol get software that doesn't speak their language. Rinqo flips that. On European servers, set up in ten minutes, in twenty languages. With templates built by the industries themselves.
