One memory

Your company memory, ready to talk.

Ask it anything about your business. It answers from the same knowledge your phone, chat and email agents draw on.

How the company memory works

This is how your team asks.

The answer was already in the building. Nobody knew where.

Wednesday, 9:20 am, in the office

Colleague

What did we last charge the Lahr municipal works for the maintenance?

Agent

1,840 euros net, quote of 12 March, item 3. Eight per cent off, because it covered two properties.

Colleague

And does that discount still stand?

Agent

The rule in the price list applies from two properties onwards, with no end date. Mr Sailer last touched it in February.

Colleague

Draft me a quote for three properties.

Agent

The draft is in your results. Discount carried over, maintenance counted three times. I left the travel charge open, I can find nothing binding on it.

Example dialogue. The actual wording depends on your details and on the question asked.

Moments you know. It takes them off your plate.

It answers exclusively from your approved company knowledge. What isn't in there, it won't say.

Everyday work

  • Internal questions often start with “Do you happen to know…”, and pull someone out of their work.

The question goes to the assistant. The answer comes verified, with its source.

  • The boss answers the same twenty questions every day, because everything lives only in their head.

Documented once, answered a thousand times, even while you're on holiday.

  • Trainees don't dare ask the “stupid question” a third time, and make mistakes instead.

You can ask the assistant without hesitation. As often as you like.

  • At two in the morning the foreman isn't reachable, the shift improvises.

Instructions and troubleshooting procedures can be queried around the clock. The assistant has no working hours.

  • The work instructions only exist in German, part of the team only half understands them.

Knowledge maintained once, answered in the language of whoever asks.

When knowledge would walk out the door

  • New hires ask a hundred questions in their first weeks, of exactly the colleagues who have no time.

The new hire asks the assistant. Processes, templates and responsibilities are available from day one.

  • The colleague who has “just known how it works” for thirty years is retiring.

Their knowledge is captured in a structured way beforehand, and stays queryable once they're gone.

  • The clerk is off sick, the customer calls, nobody knows her case.

The stand-in asks the assistant for the documented process. And is able to work, not just present.

  • Nobody knows what the team doesn't know, until the expensive mistake happens.

Unanswered questions become a gap list: you see in black and white where knowledge is missing.

Questions that would otherwise land on the boss

  • The quote template exists three times over, and the current one is with whoever is off today.

The agent names the version that applies, with its source.

  • Holiday, sick leave, expenses: the same five questions every week, to the same person.

The agent answers them from your own rules, at any hour.

  • The fitter phones the office because the folder is back in the workshop.

He looks it up on site and gets the answer from the same knowledge.

  • When in doubt people guess, because the policy runs to forty pages.

The agent gives back the passage that applies and points to the document.

  • There is already a wiki. Out of date, hard to find, nobody trusts it.

The agent uses those same documents, except you ask instead of search.

  • Site A answers differently from site B, though it is the same company.

Everyone asks the same knowledge and gets the same answer.
