- Partners

Refer or implement.
Both earn money, just differently.
You know businesses nobody can reach by phone. We have the agents for that. You decide how far you go: just make the introduction, or sell setup, training and support as your own service.
Become a partnerIn short
The rinqo partner programme has two routes. As a referrer you register a customer by name and earn when they sign; the offer and the contract run between rinqo and the customer. As an implementation partner you also take on setup, training and support, bill that work yourself and get partner terms on the platform. There is no territory lock-in, no minimum revenue and no joining fee. What you earn depends on the route and is agreed in conversation.
Two doors. Plus one by invitation.
The difference is not the size of your company, but how much of the work you take on.
Referrer
You know the business and make the introduction. Nothing more.
A payment for each customer who signs. No tiers, no targets, no reports, no minimum revenue. You will never be reminded of a number you did not hit.
Implementation partner
You set the agent up, train it and stay the first line for the customer.
You bill your own work, and partner terms on the platform come on top. Entry is a short training you go through once. Whoever has it gets our time in the first customer conversation.
Joint selling
You bring a market we cannot reach on our own.
Its own agreement, shared meetings, shared targets. By invitation and in small numbers, so it does not become an empty promise.
Who this is not for
If you are looking for one more logo for your partner page, we are the wrong address. We hand out no badges, keep no directory without real partners, and chase nobody who never brought a customer.
We keep the referrer door open because it costs nobody anything. With the implementation route it is the other way round: both sides invest, and that is why a short training comes first.
What happens when you become an implementation partner
These steps apply to the second route. As a referrer you need none of them, you simply register your first customer.
The conversation. You name a customer from your own book that you would approach first. Anyone who cannot name one should start with the referrer route.
You experience the agent yourself. Not as a demo, but with your own account.
The training. One pass with fixed steps you can tick off. Afterwards you know what the agent can do and where its limit is.
The first customer conversation. We are there, by phone or in the meeting, however you prefer.
The first deal.
Anyone who has finished the training and has no deal after 60 days has a problem with us, not with themselves.
That promise deliberately starts after the training. Not to filter people out, but because otherwise it stops being true once many partners arrive. A promise that breaks at partner number thirty is not a promise.
First to register owns the case
You register a customer by name and get a date. For ninety days they are yours.
Including when we approach them ourselves in that time. Without this rule the first overlap turns into an argument, and after that the partner is gone. That is why it is here and not in the small print.
What you are probably thinking
Four objections that come up in almost every first conversation.
Will you take my customer away?
No, and that is written down rather than promised. You register the customer by name and get a date. For ninety days the case is yours, even if we approach them ourselves in that time.
I am not a developer. Is that enough?
For the referrer route you need no technical knowledge. You spot that a business is losing calls and make the connection. You can take the implementation route later if you want. It is not a promotion, it is different work.
Why is there no commission figure here?
Because a single number misleads. Someone who only refers earns differently from someone who sets up, trains and holds the first line. We name the figure in the first conversation, before you put work in.
Can I sell rinqo under my own brand?
No. The platform contract runs between rinqo and the customer. That is not convenience, it is data protection: it stays unambiguous who processes the data and who is liable for it. Your own work underneath of course carries your name.
Common questions

Founder & CEO, rinqo
Sven builds rinqo from a simple observation: most AI tools are built for large enterprises and overwhelm the business around the corner. The workshop in the Black Forest, the veterinary practice in Salzburg, the family hotel in Tyrol get software that doesn't speak their language. rinqo flips that: on European servers, set up in ten minutes, in 17 languages, with templates built by the industries themselves.
