Rinqo is live. And why we built it the way we did.

Rinqo is an AI agents platform for the German-speaking mid-market. Phone first, chat and email in preparation. Live in ten minutes, GDPR-first, fair pricing. This is the launch post.

In 40 seconds

Rinqo launches on 22 Mai 2026 as a DACH-native AI agents platform with 7 industry templates, EU-only hosting on Hetzner Germany, automated DPA and prepaid from 20 Euro. The goal is to get small businesses online in ten minutes, without a dev team or an agency, starting with phone; chat and email follow.

Today is the day. After more than a year of building, scrapping, rebuilding and scrapping again, Rinqo is live, an AI agents platform for the German-speaking mid-market. This post explains why we built it, and what the next six months will look like.

Why the DACH mid-market needs AI telephony

Industry associations from KZBV to ZDH have documented for years what every caller feels: DACH mid-market businesses can't keep up on the phone. Staff shortage, holiday season, lunch breaks, and simultaneously high expectations around availability. Meanwhile the existing solution (an external phone service) is expensive and inflexible. Rinqo targets exactly this gap.

What makes Rinqo different

  • Industry templates instead of empty canvas. 19 DACH verticals are ready at launch (medical, trades, law, auto, utilities, hotel and more), each with realistic dialogs and pre-defined tools.
  • EU stack: Hetzner Germany for app and data, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Sweden Central, EU Data Boundary) as the primary LLM provider, speech recognition in an EU setup, a German speech-synthesis provider (EU-hosted) for TTS, telephony via EU data centres (Dublin/Frankfurt). No US processing in the data path.
  • DPA automated, subprocessors listed publicly on /security. No email back-and-forth for GDPR audits.
  • Prices public: prepaid from 20 Euro or plans between 99 and 1,499 Euro net. One credit equals one phone minute.
  • AI Act Art. 50 disclosure from day one: 'You are speaking with an AI assistant', hardwired into the voice pipeline.

What we can't do

At launch the phone agent is production-ready. The chat agent and the email agent are in the pipeline but not yet live, we list coming-soon channels transparently, without fake demos. A marketplace for third-party templates is planned from Q3 2026; the architecture is prepared, the developer tooling comes later.

What's next

The first customers are on board and their feedback prioritizes the roadmap. Concretely: chat widget (Q2 2026), email agent (Q3 2026), marketplace foundation (Q4 2026). In between, things that surface from real operation, better voicemail detection, finer credit attribution, more integration templates.

Rinqo is what I would send to a friend running a business if they told me: 'I need someone to answer our phone, but without a call-center contract and without a US cloud.'
, Sven Pflüger, Founder

If you run a business and can't keep up on the phone, try Rinqo. Setup takes ten minutes, the prepaid entry is 20 Euro. No contract lock-in, no sales calls. If it doesn't fit, you leave. If it fits, it grows with you.

Sven builds Rinqo from a simple observation: most AI tools are designed in San Francisco and sold in Berlin. The workshop in the Black Forest, the veterinary practice in Salzburg, the family hotel in Tyrol get software that doesn't speak their language. Rinqo flips that. On European servers, set up in ten minutes, in twenty languages. With templates built by the industries themselves.
